❤ Are these products real? Where is your shop located?

All our products are imported and bought from the official distributors and suppliers. 100% real guaranteed. Please check the About Us page for all our store's location. Please feel free to contact us for inquries.

❤ Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do ship wordwide. Please notice that all customs and import fees are solely your responsibility since these fees vary because they are applied when your shipment reaches the destination country.

❤ How much does it cost for the postage?

.

We charge shipping fee based on the weight on the product. In normal cases, local orders with 3 items or less will cost you around HKD $5,

Free shipping on all local orders over HKD$300, and for local orders over HKD $600 will be eligible for free shipping (you may choose surface, registered mail or speedpost)，free shipping on china orders over HKD $1000 and international orders over $1500, (China/Macau: Speedpost / Inteenational: EMS). Please contact us for any other specific delivery service.

❤ How fast can my order be processed and shipped?

Order that placed and fully paid before 11:00 will be sent out on the same day. You will receive a notification email once your items has been shipped. Please notice that there will be no tracking number for customers who chose local surface mail as their delivery option.

❤ How long does it takes to receive my items?

.

Normally it takes 2-7 business days for local surface mail, and next day delievery for speedpost. For China/International orders, deliver time may vary based upon origin and destination. It usually takes 2 -5 business days for Guangdong province, and 4-7 days for the rest of the places. Please check our ’Shipping’ page for detail.

❤ What should I do if I forgot my account password?

Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the My Account sign-in page, and a new password will be emailed to you

❤ What methods of payment are accepted at SUSWEET.COM?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal , Hong Kong/China/Macau bank transfer. However, Western Union bank wired transfer and travellers cheque are not accepted in this site, please check out our 'Payment Method' page for detail.

❤ How can I order products that aren't currently available?

We will try our best to restock the products as soon as possible, normally it takes 2-4 weeks for restocking from our suppliers.
