破損物件/錯件:

本店在發出郵件前均會作多層保護包裝，當貨件到達客人手上後，請檢查運送紙盒是否有運送時造成的嚴重破損。運送紙盒在運送過程中有輕微損毀屬正常現象，並不影響盒中貨件之完整。

如發現盒內貨件因運送過程中出現損毀，請到’聯絡我們’頁面填寫相關資料聯系我們，在表格中請填妥訂單號碼，電郵地址，聯絡電話等資料，方便我們能更快捷處理您的個案。

如有需要我們會向客人提出寄回破損產品之要求，本司將會負責寄回物件之本地郵費。海外訂單須自行支付來回郵費方可換件。

如發現寄出貨品有錯，請將有關物件寄回，本司將會負責有關郵費，我們將於收到有關錯件後盡快將正確貨物補回寄出。

如發現有寄錯物件情況，請勿開封郵包內之物件，所有經開封／用過物品都不能作退款／退換，請客人收到貨件後檢查收件人名，貨品，及核對訂單。

❤　所有貨品退換必須在收件後7天內提出，逾期恕不接受／處理。如有退換要求客人必須持有有效之訂單及收據。

❤　不接受有色差，更換顏色，人為破損等退件／換件理由。

❤　除寄出貨品出錯或產品破損等質量問題外 ， 所有產品均不設退換及退款 。

❤　選擇門市自取之客人請於確立訂單及完成付款後之三十天內於所選擇之門市取貨, 如逾期未領將當棄權論而不作退款 。

❤ SUSWEET 保留修改所有條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議，SUSWEET 將保留最終決定權。

For Damaged items/ Wrong items :

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please fill in the form in the 'contact us' section. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. Please notice that we may ask you to send back the damaged items. For international orders, returned packages must be returned prepaid. However, we will be reponsible for any wrong items sent by us. Please send us back the missent items (please do not unwrap the items) and we will take care of the postage fee, our staff will replace you with the right items as soon as possible. Any used item are non-refundable.

❤ Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days after the day you received your goods.

❤ Returns are NOT accepted if you ‘change your mind’ or decide that the ’colour does not really suit me’.

❤ Sold goods are non-returnable, neither exchangeable nor refundable unless goods are faulty due to manufacteurer’s fault/missent.

❤ Your order is ready to collect from your selected store once payment is made, please notice that all payment and items will be forfeited if you fail to collect your order within 30 days.

❤ In case of any dispute, SUSWEET decision be final and conclusive.

缺貨物品：

因系統延緩關係本站貨物清單有未能及時更新之可能，有機會出現客人下單買到已缺貨貨物之情況。如出現此情況客人可以要求退款或更換其他物件，如新物品價值為訂單低，差額將會退還，反之本站則會要求客人補上差額。

如要寄回貨品建議客人用郵政掛號或速遞作郵寄方法，如選用平郵寄時引致寄失本店怒不負責。

For Out-of-stock items:

Sometimes the stock list may not be able to update on time when an item is running out of stock. You can ask for a full refund or an exchange, If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your purchased item please contact us to arrange another payment.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via speedpost/registration mail.
